Terms and Procedures of Sale

1. All prices listed are wholesale.
   
   
2. Price includes ball and burlap (b&b) where listed.
   
   
3. Price does not include 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. This tax will be added to the bill unless a signed exemption certificate is presented.
   
   
4. When digging conditions require, a bio-stimulant plant enhancer may be used to reduce transplant stress and hasten plant stabilization. An additional charge will be made for this service.
   
   
5. Payment is due upon pick-up of plants.
   
   

Guarantee:  Plant material is guaranteed to be true to name.  Our plant material is routinely inspected for insects and diseases by the State of Pennsylvania, and we are licensed through 2008.
